Handel Society

	Accompanist Len VandeBurgt was born in Matsqui and lives in scenic Agassiz. He has obtained his ARCT in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music. He has participated in master-classes from several local pianists such as Ian Parker, Alice Enns, Dr. Susan Tang, Catherine Bundt, and Bruce Vogt. Len has entered festivals across the valley and obtained many awards and bursaries. He was awarded provincial runner-up for the Chilliwack Music Festival in 2010. He is an avid violinist with the Chilliwack Metropolitan Orchestra, and helps out in the Chilliwack Metropolitan Youth Orchestra by playing the double bass. He has also performed many times in benefit concerts. Currently he is accompanying the Handel Society Choir in White Rock and music students in Chilliwack and surrounding area.
